Very Comfortable, wore and walked in them for a few hours after unboxing them. My only complaint is the little adjustment fastener, it always fall off when you take them off. I've almost lost them a couple of times.

Just as pictured. Carefully packaged inside a shoe box. I recommend buying one size bigger because the bow running across the foot is slightly smaller than the toe box. I have a medium size foot. I ordered my usual size but found them too tight at the bow to be comfortable.
